Questions we hear a lot.

What happens if we go over our SMS or voice allowance?

You're billed at 10p per SMS and 15p per voice minute over your monthly allowance — nothing surprising, no premium-rate charges. You'll get an email at 80% so you can decide whether to bump up your tier or just absorb a one-off month.

What counts as an "active" client?

A client your team has logged at least one visit note for, in the current month. If a client moves to hospital and you stop visiting for a few weeks, they're not active. We count fairly.

Do unused SMS or voice minutes roll over?

No — allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle. The tiers are sized generously based on what real agencies use, so most customers stay well within them.

How long does it take to set up?

About 90 minutes with one of our team. Connecting your care planner is one click. Importing your rules takes 10 minutes. Adding stakeholders takes 30. You'll have your first real alert by lunchtime.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly contracts cancel at the end of the month. Annual contracts get pro-rated refunds for any unused months. We don't lock anyone in. All your data is yours to export at any time.

What does Enterprise's "POC period" mean?

For larger agencies, we run a 30 – 60 day proof of concept on a subset of your branches before you commit. You see the real call volume, real costs, real impact — and only then do we agree on a custom contract.

Are you GDPR / data-protection compliant?

Yes. All data is processed and stored in UK data centres. We're registered with the ICO and have a Data Processing Agreement ready to sign. Full details in our privacy policy or on request.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your data (rules, stakeholders, alert history) is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind. After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us. You can also export your audit log before cancelling.
